  • What time is check-in?

  • Can I check out late?

    We try to accommodate late check out requests when we can – late check out availability is dependent on the number of check ins we have scheduled for that day. To request a late check out, call or stop by the front desk on the evening before your departure or in the morning on the date you are scheduled to depart. We’ll do our best!

  • Is there a Resort Fee?

    Yes, the resort fee is a percentage of the room rate charged and gives guests access to a variety of amenities including but not limited to:

    • Two Outdoor Pools
    • Two Hot Tubs
    • Swim Floats
    • On-site parking
    • High Speed Internet (WiFi)
    • Bicycles
    • Children's playground

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes, parking is included with your reservation. Make sure to grab a map at check in to view avaiable lots and parking spaces close to your room.

  • Can I charge my electric car?

    We do not have electric vehicle charging stations on property or accessible exterior outlets.

  • Need a lift?

    We do have a passengar van with complimentary transportation within the Boothbay Harbor Region. Please give the Front Desk a call to schedule a ride, availability is not guaranteed. During the peak summer months the Boothbay Harbor Trolley stops at our property with complimentary rides throughout Boothbay Harbor. Pick up a trolley schedule at the Front Desk.

  • What are the pool hours?

    Both of our pools are open from 9am to dusk. All pools are salt water. Glassware or outside beverages in the pool area are not allowed. Should you want to enjoy libations by the pool please visit our bartenders at the Salty Stag or Grand View Deck Bar during operating hours.

  • Are pets welcome?

    Pets are welcomed with a pet fee of $75 for one pet and $85 for two pets during shoulder seasons and $85 / $95 during peak season. Service animals excluded.

    All cottages allow pets and all rooms except for the main inn allows pets. If guests have pets they will be placed on the first floor of that building so the animal can have better access to outside areas. Pets must be out of the room for the room to be serviced. If a reservation is made for more than 3 nights the room is required to be serviced after the 3rd night stay.

  • We would like to have a roll-away bed in our room.

    Our rollaway beds are limited so it is on a "first ask, first receive" system. If you require extra room please mention this at the time of your reservation.

  • What is the minimum age for check-in?

    Minimum age to check in is 18. A credit card is required at check in. The credit card must match the reservation name.

  • Do you have a business center?

    No but the front desk can print boarding passes or help with anything you need.

  • Is there daily Housekeeping services?

    Housekeeping will service the rooms daily as long as a DND is not on the door. Service cut off is 4PM . Should you require any toiletries or towels please call the front desk at 207-633-4152.

  • Where can I work out?

    The fitness center is open 24 hours and located in the Lighthouse Recreation Hall and features cardio machines including two Peloton Bikes.

  • Is there room service?

    We do not offer room service. Food orders may be placed at Salty Stag To-Go.

  • Do I need to bring my own equipment for activities?

    We offer a variety of activities for your summer experience. Spruce Point Inn will provide you with all the equipment needed for following activities:

    • Tennis - Rackets and Balls
    • Kayaks
    • Paddle Boards
    • Bikes (first come first serve basis)
    • Fishing - Poles are provided and SPI holds the fishing license for guest to enjoy this activity
  • I believe I left an item in my room, how can I retrive it?

    Please contact us for lost item, by calling 207-633-4152. If you cannot reach us, please leave a message with details of items, dates lost, and room information. Someone from our staff will be in contact.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We offer a variety of cancellation policies dependent on the rate offers booked. Please refer to each rate’s booking policies upon the reservation checkout screen.

    All cottages require a 30 day cancelation notice prior to arrival date and 14 days for regular rooms. 50% of the deposit is collected at the time the reservation is made and the final 50% will be taken 2 weeks prior to arrival.

  • Can I do laundry during my stay?

    Yes, we have laundry machines in our recreation center available to use with laundry soap for your use.
