Boardroom

An oasis of light and privacy. Located just off the entrance to The Salty Stag in the historic Inn, the Boardroom is fully equipped with the technology you need for a successful luncheon meeting with the full scope of catering and service amenities, at your fingertips. Accented with original art by Monhegan Island Art Colony painter Kevin Beers, the Boardroom raises the definition of “oceanside memories made in Maine” to the highest level.

Linekin Bay

Covering 3,000 square feet, features cathedral ceilings and is decorated in an elegant New England style with painted bead board wainscotting and double hung windows. Fully air-conditioned and ADA accessible, the room is adjacent to a beautifully landscaped and tented 1,600 square foot courtyard that offers an alternative space for meals, breakouts and post-session gatherings.

Pemaquid

A private 5,500 square foot state-of-the-art facility, can accommodate up to 280 guests for meetings and events.

The lower level is easily partitioned into three flexible breakout rooms. The upper level features a nicely appointed boardroom for small meetings and can also be used as a breakout space.

There is an additional 3,200 square feet of covered courtyard included with this space.

AV Services

Technical capabilities include audio-video, microphone, and display equipment for a variety of presentation needs. The Inn has complimentary highspeed wireless internet access throughout the property. The Boardroom is also wired for all the technologies you’ll need to have a successful and productive meeting.

The business office, located off the Library in the Main Inn, is available 24-hours a day.

The Oceanfront Deck

Offers a sweeping view of the ocean on an open-air deck. The 3,200-square-foot overlook faces the water and has its own cooking facility, ideal for lobster bakes or al fresco dining.
