The Lodges

The Lodges at Spruce Point Inn are well-suited for an extended stay with plenty of space (600-700 square feet) to spread out. Incorporating a living room or sitting area as well as bedroom plus an over-sized guest bath The Lodges are perfect for couples and small families. All of the Lodge accommodations have a gas fireplace and a private covered porch with Adirondack or rocking chairs. Most have deep soaking tubs and separate walk-in showers.

These recently updated guest rooms offer a “Maine Cottage” ambiance, with painted or knotty pine wainscoting, 21st century amenities and ample room to relax and enjoy the benefits of an extended-stay experience. The living room or sitting area is furnished with residential-style side chairs or a pull-out sofa and a gas fireplace. Amenities include LCD flat-screen television, complimentary Wi-Fi, refrigerator stocked with Poland Spring water, a Keurig coffee-maker with an assortment of Green Mountain coffee and tea and pillow top mattresses with crisp triple sheeting. The décor is accented with original art by renowned local artists and historical resort photography. The air-conditioned Lodges also offer private covered porches with traditional Adirondack or rocking chairs in Woodlandview, Partial Oceanview, Oceanview, or Oceanfront configurations.

Oceanfront

700 square feet. Three premier deluxe rooms are located on the oceanfront just across Grandview Avenue from the salt-water pool. Seabreeze is appointed with upscale coastal cottage decor, hardwood flooring, a spacious bathroom, a hydrotherapy tub, and walk-in shower, and a split-level living area. The private location of this Lodge, tucked in between the oceanfront Starboard and Osprey Cottages, provides fabulous views of the resort’s sparkling stretch of water and its seaside panorama of historic sailing yachts and working watercraft.

600-700 square feet. Premier views of the ocean are framed by beautifully landscaped grounds and oriented the best to catch the cool sea breeze. Enjoy comfortable coastal cottage decor, a spacious bathroom appointed with hydrotherapy or soaking tubs, and a walk-in shower. Some guest rooms have vaulted ceilings and a split-level living area. All king bedded rooms have a pull-out sofa. A few of our double queen rooms have a pull-out sofa and all have a sitting area with chairs.

Partial Oceanview

600-700 square feet. Each room offers partial views of the water and is appointed with a spacious bathroom with hydrotherapy or soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. A sitting or living area with side chairs or pull-out sofa and a king or two queen beds is perfect for couples and families alike up to four guests and some rooms with up to six. French doors lead to a private covered porch and Adirondack chairs. Adjoining rooms are also available.
