The Spruce Point Inn Resort & Spa features contemporary two- and three-bedroom Townhouses with views of the woodlands and landscaped grounds. These unique Boothbay accommodations feature private entrances and parking for up to four vehicles per Townhouse. Enter to a foyer that leads to a half bath, individual guest bedroom(s), and Master bedroom on the first floor. Each bedroom offers a bit of separation and has a private shower bath and an LCD flat-screen television. The three-bedroom units have a Master bedroom with private porch and wood-burning fireplace. On the second floor of the Townhouse, enjoy a full kitchen with washer / dryer, dining area, living room with vaulted ceiling and wood-burning fire place, LCD flat screen television, sofa bed, and French doors leading to a private deck. The Townhouses provide the perfect arrangements for a family gathering, two or three couples traveling together, or an extended stay with space to spread out or for guests who may join you at your summer retreat by the shore. The Townhouses are recently updated with a fresh coastal palette and furnishings and new amenities including Keurig coffeemakers with a selection of Green Mountain coffee and tea, complementary wireless Internet access, and comfortable plush top beds with triple sheeting in luxurious linens.
