Modern Lodge Rooms
Modern Lodge Rooms at Spruce Point Inn add further diversity to the mix of our Maine accommodations. These guest rooms are located in seven modern Lodges,which include: Bluebird, Lark, Seagull, Evergreen, Puffin, Loon, and Seabreeze.
Perhaps the most hotel-like of the guest rooms, these rooms offer ample room to relax and the benefits of an extended-stay experience -- sitting area, gas fireplace, historical resort photography, Queen sleeper sofas in many rooms, air-conditioning, plush-top beds with triple sheeting in luxurious linens, private covered porches with traditional Adirondack or rocking chairs and woodland, partial, ocean, or oceanfront views. Enjoy an array of in-room amenities including an LCD flat-screen television, an iPod docking station, complementary wireless access, a refrigerator with Poland Spring water, and Keurig coffee-maker with an assortment of Green Mountain coffee and teas.
Woodlandview
Sixteen oversized guestrooms located on the north and south side of The Inn. Wonderful views of the ocean are framed by beautifully landscaped grounds and oriented to catch the cool sea breeze. Enjoy a spacious bathroom appointed with hydrotherapy or soaking tubs and a walk-in shower. Some guest rooms have vaulted ceilings and split-level sitting areas.

Partial Oceanview
Twenty-six oversized guestrooms are located on the second floor of the woodlandview buildings and adjacent to Pistal Pond. Enjoy beautiful perennial gardens or a rock- rimmed pond with fountain and Adirondack chairs perfect for group games and socializing with friends. Each room offers partial views of the water and is appointed with a spacious bathroom with hydrotherapy or soaking tubs, and a walk-in shower. Some guestrooms have vaulted ceilings and remote-controlled skylights.

The Seabreeze Lodge – Three very popular, oversized guestrooms located on the oceanfront just across Grandview Avenue from the salt-water pool. They are appointed with a spacious bathroom, hydrotherapy tub, and walk-in shower, split-level sitting area. The private location of the Lodge, tucked in between the oceanfront Starboard and Osprey Cottages provides fabulous views of the resort’s sparkling stretch of water and its seaside panorama of historic sailing yachts and working watercraft.
